Contact
Calling is faster, especially if the door is stuck. Most calls get sorted into spring, cable, opener or something simpler in the first couple of minutes.
Phone
Serving McDonough, Henry County and the south metro. Calls may be recorded — see the disclosure.
What to have ready
- Single or double door, roughly how wide
- What happened: a bang, a grinding noise, a door that reverses
- Whether the car is stuck inside or the door is stuck open
- How many springs over the door, if you can see them
- The opener brand from the sticker on the motor, if it is an opener problem
- Your ZIP code, which decides which company covers you
What happens when you call
The number reaches us rather than a call centre. If the question can be answered on the phone it will be, including when the answer is a tripped outlet or a photo eye knocked out of line. If the door needs someone to look at it, your details go to one local garage door company that covers your area, and they call you to arrange a time. They do not go to a list.
When it is urgent
Say so at the start. A door stuck shut with a car behind it, or stuck open with the house unsecured overnight, is treated differently from a noisy roller. Unplug the opener while you wait, keep people out from under the door, and do not try to lift it if a spring has broken.
Calls are recorded
You will hear a short announcement before the call connects. Georgia law allows a call to be recorded with one party's consent, but we tell you anyway, so the choice is yours before anything is said. Recordings exist so a job is not misremembered later. If you would rather not be recorded, use the form.

Common questions
Is there a charge for calling?
No. The call and the referral are free. Any trip charge or repair price is between you and the company that comes out, and they should tell you before they set off.
Can I just ask a question without booking anything?
Yes. Plenty of calls end with a reset outlet, a cleaned sensor or a new remote battery and nobody needing to visit.
Can I send a photo?
Yes, after the first call. A photo of the spring bar above the door and one of each side of the track settles most questions.
Or send a quote request
Tell us what the door is doing and a local garage door company will get back to you, often the same or next day, depending on their schedule. Answered Mon–Sat · messages after hours returned first thing Or call (770) 343-5578 if the door is stuck open or your car is trapped inside.
