About Henry County Door Pros
We are an advertising and referral service for garage door repair in McDonough and Henry County. We are not a garage door company, and we say so plainly because you should know who you are talking to.

How it works
You call the number on this site or send a quote request. That reaches us, and we connect you with an independent local garage door company that serves your part of the county. They quote the job, they do the work, and your agreement is with them. There is no charge to you for the referral.
Why the site exists
Henry County has well over a dozen garage door operators within a short drive of the Square, and several of the good ones are small: a truck, a stock of springs and cables, and an owner who would rather be in a garage than building a website. Meanwhile the search results for a broken door in McDonough are mostly directories and cost-estimator pages.
This site is the front door those operators do not have. We bring the enquiry; they do the work they are good at.
What we will and will not tell you
The guides here are written for Henry County houses: the 1990s and 2000s subdivisions on their second set of springs, the new communities still under builder warranty, the unincorporated areas with McDonough addresses, and the ice storms that break springs in January. Where the honest answer is "that is a ten-second fix you can do yourself", such as a tripped outlet or a sensor knocked out of line, that is what the pages say.
What this site does not have
No testimonials, no star ratings, no gallery of finished doors. That is deliberate. We have not done the work in any photograph on this site and did not collect any reviews, so publishing either would be inventing a track record. The photographs are licensed stock, and none is presented as a job anyone arranged through us.
What is here instead is the advice: what usually breaks, what it costs locally, what is dangerous to touch, and when a repair stops being worth it. Judge the site on whether that is accurate and useful.
Licensing
We are not a licensed contractor and we do not repair or install garage doors. Georgia does not license garage door work as a separate trade; the state's contractor licensing, administered through the Secretary of State's licensing boards, has a dollar threshold and specific exemptions, and counties and cities issue their own business licences. Any company we connect you with is responsible for its own licensing and insurance, and you are entitled to ask for both before work starts.
Questions people actually ask
How do you make money if the referral is free?
The company that takes the job pays for the introduction. You pay them for the work at whatever you agree, and nothing you pay is marked up by us. That is the whole arrangement.
How is the company chosen?
By whether they cover your area and can get to the door in a sensible time. There is no auction, and your details do not go to five companies who then ring you one after another.
What if the repair goes wrong?
Your agreement is with the company that did the work, so their warranty applies and they are who you take it up with. Tell us too. The model only works if the companies we point people to are good.
Can I see reviews?
Not from us, and we would rather say that than make some up. This site has no review history of its own. Ask the company that quotes you for references, and look at their own reviews directly.
Who runs the site?
Pinecrest Advisory Services, LLC, an advertising business. The full disclosure page explains how calls are handled and how the site is paid.
